  • Configurable Sender Settings

Notify Rush CX (Customer Support App)

This app helps merchants manage customer support communication via emails and social media messages. Features include:

  • Centralized ticketing system

  • Email thread management

  • Social media comment/message support

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account details as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Pricing is displayed within the app and may be managed through the Shopify Billing interface for apps installed via Shopify.

We reserve the right to change our pricing plans with prior notice. Continued use of the service after price changes indicates your acceptance.

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages

  • Uploading harmful code or engaging in malicious activity
