Thank you for choosing Notify Rush, a suite of tools designed to improve communication and customer support for Shopify merchants. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, services, and apps offered through https://www.notifyrush.com, including subdomains such as cx.notifyrush.com.
1. Subscription & Billing Overview
Notify Rush operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our Shopify app(s), you authorize recurring billing in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies and your selected pricing plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Notify Rush App (Bulk Email App):
Visiting the Apps section in your Shopify admin and clicking “Uninstall” on the Notify Rush app. -
Notify Rush CX App (Customer Support App):
Visiting the Apps section in your Shopify admin and uninstalling the CX app, or contacting our support team if installed outside of the Shopify ecosystem.
Notify Rush CX (Customer Support App)
This app helps merchants manage customer support communication via emails and social media messages. Features include:

Centralized ticketing system

Email thread management

Social media comment/message support
Upon cancellation:

You will not be billed again unless you reinstall or resubscribe.

You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
We offer no automatic refunds on subscription payments. However, we do consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
3.1. Valid Grounds for Refund (Eligible)

You were charged after you uninstalled the app (within 3 days).

The app failed to function due to a technical error on our side and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.

Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
3.2. Invalid Grounds for Refund (Not Eligible)

You forgot to uninstall the app before the next billing cycle.

You did not use the service or were not satisfied with the available features.

Shopify’s standard billing process was followed, and there were no technical issues on our end.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge with the following details:

We typically respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with the revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
